      At Fortress Insurance, we are committed to providing our clients with outstanding service. If you are not satisfied with the service you have received, please provide your feedback through the following Complaint Handling Protocol. We want to ensure that your concerns are heard and handled in a way that ensures your utmost satisfaction with our services.

      STEP 1

      Start at the Source

      If you have a concern, we suggest you begin by speaking to the person with whom you have the concern. If following that engagement you’re not satisfied, ask to speak to a manager. It’s usually faster and easier to find a solution at the point where the problem occurred.

      STEP 2

      Contact Our Customer Service Team

      If your complaint is not resolved you can escalate the matter to our Customer Service Team. A complaint file will be created and a representative will be appointed to investigate the complaint.

      STEP 3

      External Support

      If you’re dissatisfied following the investigation, you can contact the General Insurance OmbudService, an independent dispute resolution service available to any home, auto or business insurance policyholder in Canada.
